How is this different from a course catalogue like Didacte?
We don’t sell a catalogue, UFC credits, or ratings. Dentalynx assigns a path by rôle, chases completion by text and email, and logs facts. That’s also why it’s priced per clinic instead of per seat.
Will my team see this as surveillance?
It’s not HR and it’s not performance reviews. There are no ratings — it assigns a path, chases completion, and logs facts. A dated record exists without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet.
Do you access patient records?
Never. We process staff data and the clinic’s structure only, in line with Québec’s Law 25. Data is encrypted, siloed per organization, and the clinic can revoke access at any time.
